_{1 Any personal information shared with me will be treated with confidentiality and will not be disclosed without your consent, except as required by law.
2 Do not modify any of my mixes. If you need to add voice acting lines or sound effects, please provide them so I can include them in the mix.
3 Make sure to credit me for all the services provided - link my CARDD. Intentionally uncredited work must be discussed beforehand and incurs a surcharge on the project cost.
4 Please communicate in a respectful and appropriate manner. I reserve the right to terminate services if faced with inappropriate behavior from your end. No refunds nor compensation will be provided.
5 You are responsible for your own progress and results. I do not guarantee specific outcomes or success from using my services.
6 I reserve the right to decline any commission for my own reasons.}PAYMENT

2 Payments are to be made through VGEN PAYMENTS only.
3 Please make payments only AFTER I ACCEPT YOUR COMMISSION AND SEND A PROPOSAL.
4 Your project will be placed in the queue once full payment has been made.
5 Commissions with a deadline of a week or less will be charged a rush fee.

2 By commissioning me, you are permitting me to use the work done as part of my portfolio.}Refunds & Cancellation
_{1 NO refunds nor cancellations once the commission is accepted and funded (Some circumstances permitted).
2 Late file delivery by client shifts project to end of mix queue. If files are still not provided within a month of the mix queue shift, a reminder message will be sent to both client's VGen Direct messages and preferred contact method. If files are still not received 30 DAYS after the reminder, project will be forfeited. No refunds will be provided.
3 Please download final files provided to you within 60 days. I might no longer be holding on to any project files past that timeframe. I will not be held responsible for any files lost.
4 If for any reason I am unable to deliver the final product within an agreed deadline and client is not open to rescheduling, I will process a full refund within a week.}

♤ RECORDING

General Guidelines
1 Please prevent your mic signal from clipping/distorting. It's okay if the overall volume sounds low, as long as the loud parts don't clip!
2 Record at the same distance from your mic throughout the whole song. This ensures your voice sounds consistent from start to end in the mix!
3 Place overlapping vocal lines in separate .wav files. Otherwise I won't be able to edit the overlapping parts.
4 Leave a few seconds of background noise in your recording tracks so I can clean up your vocal tracks efficiently!
5 Please DO NOT pre-edit your raw takes or apply any effects on them. I promise I'll do my best to make you sound good!
6 Regarding vocal retakes: If some of your lines are not useable, I will ask for retakes. If that is not possible, I will do my best to work with what you have sent me.
7 Please make sure you are happy with your performance before submitting your lines! Retakes after initial submission may cause delays in expected delivery.

♤ FILE SUBMISSION

1 Send your vocal tracks in:
▪ .wav format
▪ mono
▪ 16bit or 24bit
▪ 44.1khz or 48khz2 Please clearly label your files with the format: Your Name _ Song Name _ LEAD/Harmony/Adlibs, for example:

▪ [NAME][SONG NAME] LEAD 2.wav
▪ [NAME][SONG NAME] harms hi.wav
▪ [NAME][SONG NAME] harms lo.wav
▪ [NAME][SONG NAME] whispers.wav
▪ [NAME][SONG NAME] screams.wav
▪ [NAME][SONG NAME] adlibs.wav3 Place overlapping vocal lines in separate .wav files. Otherwise I won't be able to edit the overlapping parts.4 Specify with timestamps any lines that need to be copy pasted.5 Please provide:
▪ High quality off vocal, preferably from official sources. Please don't rip it off YouTube if possible. If you have a custom made instrumental, even better!!!
▪ Original song / other covers as a reference for mix style and effects. If you want anything done differently from the reference provided, please specify!
▪ If you have very particular preferences, kindly communicate your specific preferences as precisely as possible. This allows me to cater to your needs with the highest degree of accuracy and avoid chargeable major revisions.6 File submission: Upload all the required files in a .zip, .rar or .7z file, then attach it to the vgen commission form. if the file size is too big, upload it to google drive/dropbox and attach the link to the form instead

♤ MIX REVISIONS

1 Each commission project is given a maximum of three minor revisions.
2 Please compile all your revisions into one single message. This is considered one revision.
3 Each additional minor revision beyond the provided three will be charged an extra $5 - $10 USD, depending on complexity and urgency.
4 Major revisions that involve substantial reworking of the mix will incur 50 - 100% of the project pricing.
